Blue Moon Mine turquoise ring with CS Lewis quote . courage dearheart

Handcrafted in my Nashville studio, a Blue Moon mine turquoise ring.
Boho beautiful, I say.

The sterling silver band has my feather engraving on the outside.
Inside, I wrote the words 'Courage, dear heart' from CS Lewis.
This was one of my dad's favorite quotes and it will forever be one of mine, too.
It measures 7.3mm wide.

The gem grade turquoise stone was mined in Nevada and hand cut by another artist.
It's natural and absolutely beautiful.
I just love the pattern of dark matrix webbing against the soft blue.
The stone measures 21mm tall x13mm wide x 5mm thick.
I made the bezel setting from thick sterling silver, and cut the back into a rustic pear shape to complement the stone.

Solid sterling silver construction, completely made by hand.

I added a patina to the silver and then hand polished to a rustic glow.
