Organic in shape, it's cut out of thick sterling silver.
Hand engraved tudor roses cover the front.
On the back, I wrote the word 'always'.
The medallion measures 1.4 inch tall.
Hangs on a solid 14k yellow gold ring.

Swivel lobster clasp and wire wrapped link closure.
This heirloom quality piece has been antiqued, and hand polished.
