Sierra Nevada turquoise pendant with sterling silver rose and pearls

A lovely Sierra Nevada turquoise pendant necklace, handcrafted in my Nashville studio.

This necklace is my original design and creation and is one of a kind.
I used recycled sterling silver to create this bohemian piece.

I set a hand cut cabochon of gorgeous natural turquoise from the Sierra Nevada mine in a heavy sterling silver bezel setting.
The setting is classic and rustic, to compliment the beautiful stone.
It's classic turquoise blue with small amount of matrix.
Vibrant and beautiful.

The back of the pendant is thick sterling silver sheet, which I sawed into an organic shape to complement the stone.
I added four solid sterling silver pearls, made of melted sterling silver, to the base of the pendant.
The perfect finishing touch is a sterling silver rose, that I sculpted out of sterling silver.

The pendant measures 1.33 inch tall x .72 inch wide x .24 inch thick.
The rose measures .32 inch wide.

The sterling silver chain measures 18 inches in length.
