The star of this necklace is a hand cut cabochon of vibrant Sierra Nevada turquoise.
It's beautiful and of the highest quality and full of character- the colors of this stone are just so happy.

The stone sits in a heavy sterling silver bezel setting.
The turquoise cabochon weighs 15.6 carats.

The pendant back is cut out of thick sterling silver sheet.
Three sterling silver 'pearls' that I made out of sterling silver add the beautiful finishing touch.

The pendant measures 1.14 inch tall x .91 inch wide x .25 inch thick.
The pendant hangs from a ring of solid 14k yellow gold.

Turquoise is a stone of protection, worn as an amulet since the beginning of time.
It's worn to balance and align the chakras, and thought to help ward of panic attacks and depression.
