bohemian rubelite tourmaline and sterling silver necklace

A gorgeous red tourmaline pendant necklace, handcrafted by me, Peaces of Indigo.

The pendant is my own creation. It has my signature tudor roses engraved on opposite corners. I cut out a crescent moon shape in the center, to allow light to shine through the stone.
The tourmaline was hand set in a 14k gold bezel setting.
Tourmaline is often worn to promote inner peace.
It's also thought to assist with emotional healing, panic attacks, and depression.

My original design, this necklace is one of a kind and created by my hands.

The pendant measures .86 inch tall x .86 inch wide.
The tourmaline measures .63 inch tall x .49 inch wide.
The back cut out allows light to illuminate the stone.
So pretty!

The sterling silver chain is just over 18 inches long.
Sterling silver lobster clasp and 14k solid gold hand wrapped link closure.
A beryl gemstone is wrapped to the end of the chain, for heart illumination.

The entire piece was oxidized and polished to accentuate the details.
