Blue moon turquoise and twig heart necklace

A one of a kind turquoise pendant necklace, handcrafted in my Nashville area studio.

The star of this necklace is a hand cut cabochon of natural Blue Moon mine turquoise.
It's a soft beautiful blue and of the highest quality.
The stone sits in a heavy sterling silver bezel setting that has been filed to mimic organic waves.
The turquoise cabochon measures 78 inch tall x .43 inch wide x .2 inch thick.
The cabochon back is cut out of thick sterling silver sheet, in a rustic oval shape.

The pendant measures 1.78 inch tall x 1.54 inch wide x .23 inch thick.
Made out of Indian or twisted elm twigs that were found hiking on ancient Cherokee hunting grounds, that have been cast in solid sterling silver. I've formed several twigs in the shape of a heart. May you always carry love in your heart.

Turquoise is a stone of protection, worn as an amulet since the beginning of time.
It's worn to balance and align the chakras, and thought to help ward of panic attacks and depression.
