iolite moonstone and turquoise necklace

I hand selected 29 faceted iolite gemstones for this piece and wrapped them by hand with recycled sterling silver wire. I added in seven faceted rainbow moonstones and five faceted grey moonstones, for shimmer and to lighten the color palette. A delicious nugget of Campitos mine turquoise is wrapped in 10k yellow gold wire. It adds a pop of bright color and finishes off this beautiful piece.

The luxury rotating lobster clasp is sterling silver and latches onto a sterling silver ring. It's small, so it won't stand out when worn.

Iolite gemstones measure 7.2-8.5mm.
